Alright! Here it is. My first set-design for a series at North Point.
Five Things that God Uses To Grow Your Faith.
I'll make sure to let you know in a later post, how we made it, how we came up with it, and how much time it took to make it. Stay tuned!

Hey Randy, are the circular things being projected on? or are they just solid images.

Hi Randy, I am working on a stage design for our church in Oklahoma. Seen your blog and videos on utube. Great Work. We are wanting to do something like you did at NewCov for Easter. What type of materiel did you cover the frames with that you hung? What did you make the frames out of?
Dan
Thank you!
The frames were 8'x4' "decks" bolted together. To create the "squares" I just nailed more 2x4's at 2' centers inside the frame. I used a nail gun! It was much easier to offset each middle piece. Plus it made it look more interesting. Painted it all Lamp black. I drilled a hole at 1' and at 3' off the each edges side for the bolts to line up. This was how I assembled the wall.
I went this way so I could take it apart and use it again. Maybe in a different way. My budget was slim to none, so I made sure to recycle each piece for future set designs. (These decks were used for the 'Cowboy Christmas set' & 'rescue series' too!) I'm sure you can do these a better way. This just was the way I did it.
The black squares on the frames were thin particle wood painted black. Attached with a brad nailer.
The white squares on the frames were a spandex like fabric. Attached with a powered staple gun.
The gray squares on the frames were window screening. Attached with a powered staple gun.
I Hope this helps and gets you going in the right direction. Please make it better than me!
Let me know if you have any more questions.
I would love to see how yours turned out. Send me a link.
**FYI**
Just in case anyone is confused....
My last comment was for a stage design at newcov easter 2008. Not for this current set design at npcc.
I'll explain to you all about this current set in a later blog post.
